We will gladly accept the returns of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, unopened and not used, or incorrectly ordered within 30 business days of the invoice date. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return at no return charge to you. Any special order items needing return will incur a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must be through our order return management authorization system (RMA) that can be found in your account log-in and by clicking on the order that the return part was purchased on. Fill out the form and submit it for approval. Return shipping is only covered on fulfillment mistakes or defective parts that are unused and in the original package.
